E xtracted from one of the most famous native Sicilian cultivars, Nocellara dell'Etna, Grecale is an oil with an intense green colour with golden reflection, delicate fruitiness with a sweet, slightly spicy flavour and an artichoke aftertaste.
It is suitable for a very versatile use. To best appreciate its characteristics, we recommend consuming it raw on bread, legumes, meat and fish.
